Health Checks are a preventative health screening service that help to ensure staff remain fit and healthy and can result in increased business productivity and reduced absenteeism. They have also been recognised as a catalyst to a cultural shift towards a healthier and increasingly engaged workforce.

We have built a package of different levels of health checks for you to purchase to allow all staff to benefit from a health check.

ICE Health Check

20-30 minutes

Includes: all of the screening components of the NHS Health Check - includes full individual personalised check results report. Results not shared with GP.

ICE Lifestyle MOT

15-20 minutes

Includes: height, weight, BMI recordings, body fat test, blood pressure readings, carbon monoxide test, alcohol, smoking and exercise assessment with results explained and personalised advice.

Following the Health Checks in your workplace, we can also provide a detailed report on the outcomes, which will outline key themes that are present within the workforce and areas of health and wellbeing for particular focus in the future.

These reports would show trends relating to the workforce but would be anonymised to protect the confidentiality of the employees.

In addition, our team offers a range of bespoke wellbeing and lifestyle health packages, including health promotion events and activities such as:

• Training to become a health champion in your workplace
• Workplace pedometer challenges
• ‘Fit Clubs’ to encourage exercise and healthy eating
• Smoothie bike hire.
